Project Manager - Construction

•    Management Projects exceeding AED150Million.
•    Leadership skills, proactive and goal oriented, problem solver, follow up and go-getter professional PM
•    Has hands on all trades of building construction industry preferably in the GCC region (Enabling works, Structures, arch. Finishes, services; MEP )
•    Solid experience in project management procedures, fast track projects with zero compromise on quality.
•    Achieving on-time completion and within budget are key responsibility requirements for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Developing the project time schedule, schedule of manpower
• Establishing lines of communication with the Client rep., Engineer, Architect, QS's and other stakeholders
• Review and achieve operational budget.
• Instruct and supervise the site team ensuring that all activities are carried out within the approved time schedule and specifications, Engineer's instructions and budget
• Assess the capabilities of all subordinates, prepare regular appraisals and recommend necessary actions.
• Ensure procurements are processed in line with the project schedule after obtaining the required approvals.
• Follow up with and supervise all subcontractors, monitoring performance and target achievement
• Establish and organize the defects liability team and arrange the timely and efficient response to all calls
Requirements
•    Jordanian Passport is most preferred.
•    With UAE experience in Building Construction Project Management
•    B.Sc. /B.E. Civil Engineering with minimum 12 years of experience
•    (8 years in UAE) in overall supervision and Construction
