Overview of the Role:
A Business Analyst is expected to deliver IT solutions that meet business requirements. Successful criteria for the role as the following:
Domain knowledge in supply chain or finance or human resources or ecommerce or store or CRM or etc., focusing on retail industry; ability to work as a team to design, configure, build, test and deliver appropriate packaged software or custom developed solution; ability to define and implement process improvements; skills in documentation, quality assurance and time management.
Requirements
• 2 years as an IT or business analyst with experience in finance or analytics or CRM or supply chain(planning/warehouse/store) or ecommerce or HR domains
• 2 years of configuration, support or extension experience in any of the leading ERP or SCM or Ecommerce or CRM packages
• Experience in implementing/deploying leading package software such as Oracle or SAP or Manhattan or Magento or JDA, etc.
• Experience in developing process and data models, value stream maps, problem statements, solution maps, conducting JAD or RAD or JRP or similar methodology/technique for requirement gathering workshops, agile delivery, etc.
• Experience in the Retail/e-commerce industry; keen appreciation of digital enterprise characteristics
