We are currently working with a leading global business who are looking for an Emiratisation Recruiter to join their growing team. The purpose of this role is to support the current team with hiring UAE Nationals across the business ensuring the best quality candidates are selected appropriately within required time frames. Your main responsibilities will include; end to end recruitment, manage UAE National mailbox and responding accordingly, pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, attending job fairs and performing research work for recruitment.
Requirements
The successful candidate will;
• Have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
• Be able to identify suitable candidates through sourcing and research
• Ideally have a degree in HR or a related subject
• Have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Be reliable, enthusiastic, hard-working and confident
• Be able to work under strict deadlines in a high pressured environment
