Government Relation Senior Officer

-    Responsible for coordinating the public relations in general for our Group
-    Supervise day to day PR issues in general.
-    Liaise with public offices and public authorities including but not limited to:

* UAE Ministries in general
* worldwide Embassies & Consulate in UAE
* RTA & TRANSPORT DEPT
* Many other as needed

-    Represents Emirates National Group of Companies in committees attends meetings & conferences.
-    Perform all process relating to establish companies & issuance of required licenses by Economic, Chamber of Commerce, and Municipality Authorities.
-    Responsible for issuing & renewal of company’s licenses in UAE including licenses for new building, transportation, traffic, other different business licenses as needed…etc.
-    Ensure that the Policies and Procedures of the company are in line with the Govt. rules and regulations.
-    Planning & overseeing all administrative processes relating to immigration & residence regulations in connection with employment, also government transactions and different company sites.
-    Undertaking and overseeing administrative processing relating to immigration and residence regulations in connection with employment.
-    Ensuring effective implementation of policies & procedures covering administrative activities designed to secure and protect the company’s business interests & compliance with regulatory requirements and standards including arrangements for new employees' medical tests, visas, residence permits, etc.
-    Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements
-    The candidate has to get at least 10 years’ experience in Government Relations out of which 3 years in supervisory or managerial role.
-    And must be a university Graduate in any Discipline, having good knowledge of computer.
