ACES Manager

 DESCRIPTION
Control ACES and maintain quality database. Standardize and ensure all documents are in compliance with the ACES Standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Regional Filing System in accordance with ACES
- Coordinate with ACES coordinators in all three countries to create and update manuals and process maps
- Prepare monthly reports for head of logistics
- Business Process Mapping
- Respond to other departments' queries
- Drive improvements in knowledge management, through standardization of documentation: work instructions, VSOPs, forms, policies.
- Document all six sigma / Kaizen events and maintain the relevant database.
- Provide weekly Defect per Million Opportunity (DPMO) & Voice of Customer VOC reports to wider business
- Partner with domestic and regional operations teams and training teams to document technical trainings and identify trainings requirements
- Document Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) processes and training materials.

Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Have degree either in a Management, or business-related discipline

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Have 2-3 years' experience either in process improvement & innovation
