PRO - Arabic Speaker
Responsibilities of this role includes but are not limited to managing all visa requirements and other government related processing for employees in U.A.E.
• Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labor and immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.
• Renew, update and maintain all employees and their dependents’ visas, labor cards and labor contracts in a timely manner to ensure that company’s records are up-to-date in the labor and Immigration Departments.
• Assist departments in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as and when it is required.
Requirements
At least minimum 5 years’ experience as PRO in U.A.E managing labor and immigration visas. Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English is mandatory. Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Office Suite. Extensive knowledge of local labour and immigration laws in U.A.E. Established contacts in local government agencies and other authorities. Knowledge of medical insurance policies and transfer requests. U.A.E driving license is mandatory.
