The Role
Plan, develop, and supervise all project cost and commercial functions ensuring that all project reporting, cash flow, budgets and forecasts comply with the client requirements.
Part of the Senior Management Team in the development, implementation and management of controls and commercial procedures.
Responsible for the procurement and commercial management of all pre and post contract stages of the project which will be awarded to local and international consultants and contractors.
To lead and motivate a multi-cultural team and ensure all commercial objectives are delivered.
Part of the senior management team in a client facing role.
Requirements
High Rise Residential project experience is essential (30-40 storey).
International project delivery experience is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be required.
Excellent Leadership qualities are essential.
Degree Qualifications is essential.
