Business Development Manager - Facilities Management

The Role
Our client who is a well-known and established Facilities Management company, part of a large Real Estate organisation. They are looking to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager, based in Dubai. The position will be specifically responsible for growth and business development of the Facilities Management Division revenues and regional footprint.

Responsibilities:
•    Develop and manage all strategies and execute plans that deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
•    Seeking new business opportunities, managing tender processes and win businesses.
•    Preparation of presentations and bids/tenders
•    Provide plans & assist in identifying appropriate strategic partners to drive various growth initiatives
•    Cultivate the relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure business is grown and retained.
•    Evaluation of FM marketing activities.
•    Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Marketing.

Requirements
•    Extensive Business Development experience within Facilities Management.
•    Strong knowledge of UAE Facilities Management market.
•    Proven sales track record within Facilities Management.
•    Ability to effectively collaborate with a cross-functional team.
•    Strong leadership and strategic capabilities.
•    Strong presentation and communication skills, written and verbal.
•    Good organisational and time management skills & a proven ability to adhere to deadlines.
•    The experience of successfully operating in a multi-cultural organisation.
•    International mindset.
