Amazing Culinary opportunity at extravagant hotel! Rotate through all areas of the kitchen from Garde Manger to Meat and Grill to finally Banquets!
Placement Remarks
Rates of pay: $10.50 pantry/GM for first 90 days then $11.00 after, in Banquet kitchen & Hot Line $13.00
You must bring your own set of knives to the USA.
Benefits:
It is up to the J1 to find their own housing upon your arrival to New Orleans.
Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued on first day but you can't use these days until the 91st day of employment. You will accrue 5.67 hours per 80 hours worked.
The hotel does provide 1 free meal per shift which is in our employee cafeteria.
The hotel will provide a uniform for our employees at no charge and the uniform is cleaned free of charge. You will be fitted for your uniforms on their first day and tailored if needed.
The hotel is on a bi-weekly paid period schedule
