Head of Learning and Development

The Role
One of our Renowned Client in Oil and gas/Petrochemical Company is hiring Head of Learning and Development.

Primary Purpose of the Job:
To drive and support capability development department within Company through the design, development, socialization, communication and implementation of capability development programs and solutions in accordance with Companies strategic business mandate.

Requirements
•    Bachelor Degree preferably in Human Resource
•    8 years' experience in learning and development area
•    Preferably experience in the Oil and Gas or petrochemical industry
