Recruitment & Conferencing Coordinator (m / f)
Your main tasks:
P lanning and organizing events
Disposition of our meeting rooms with the software Protel
Consulting and organization of framework programs in cooperation with external partners
Creation of internal event orders and their coordination
Creation of offers and contracts
Preparation of event assignments for F & B and team meetings
Detailed arrangements and care of the guests
Follow-up of all events
Administrative tasks
Your message:
In addition to a well-founded education and / or study program, you must also have the following qualifications and talents:
Empathy and an authentic cordiality
Elegant, professional appearance
At least one year of professional experience in the arrangement, organization and realization of events (seminars, conferences and family celebrations)
Knowledge in the field of food & beverage, front office / reception is an advantage
Strong organization and coordination skills
Excellent German and good English skills in spoken and written, (French desirable)
Very good knowledge in MS-Office, (Protel experience desirable)
Moreover, you are extroverted and like to place the guests in the center. In other words, you are a passionate host!
