Are you an experienced commercial manager who has experience within construction build projects? Do you have a ‘can do’ attitude and experience managing commercial teams? Do you have experience working within the middle east?
If so, your experience and skills are required for my client’s construction projects in India.
My client is an international contractor and they currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial manager to join their extremely busy commercial team in Gurgaon, India.

Requirements
Duties & Person Requirements:
-    10 – 15 years’ commercial experience
-    Experience working on residential / High Rise building projects
-    Experience managing others
-    Managing contracts
-    Contracts administration
-    Forecasting
-    Financial Assessment
