To generate leads through Campaigns, Launch Events, Newsletters, Print Ads, Digital Ads, Social Media, Website
To engage with previous clients to retain and identify new leads through word of mouth.
To develop and enhance Social Media presence 3 posts per week, per platform Creation of monthly content calendar/monthly report, Branding template for posts, Images for special occasions

- Interviews & Commentaries
- Monitor issues related to existing client satisfaction and ensure high levels of satisfaction are maintained.
- Prepare company information and documents for presentation to potential clients and business opportunities.
- Promote the company by demonstrating professionalism and efficiency in all business correspondences and dealings.
- Support Senior Management decision making by providing effective analysis and evaluation of new business opportunities such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, attract new Brands, and connect with new business chains, etc.
- Evaluate international markets and determine entry barriers, future market trends, strategic options and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales to analyze market trends and develop/strengthen executive level relationships to identify client needs.
Salary is up to 30,000 AED all-in depending on experience and qualifications plus yearly ticket and medical insurance.
Requirements
- Open to Male, Arabic nationals
- With Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or in similar field or any relevant training
- Minimum 10 years of Marketing experience in Real Estate/Property Developement Sector
- RICS Certification is an advantage
- With background in generating leads through campaigns, event launch, newsletters, print ads, digital ads, social media and website
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing Public Relations Activities: Press Releases, Editorial/Award Features, Media Support at Events/Exhibitions and, Interviews and Commentaries
- Knowledge on graphic design is a plus
- Must know how to develop corporate presentations and to design and produce a corporate newsletter
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
