Commercial Manager - Waste Management/Water Treatment
You will have proven experience in the Waste Management sector (mainly Hazardous waste). You will support the company to build market position by locating, preparing offers, support negotiating new businesses.

Description
* Leads / manages actions ensuring the planning and allocation of all resources and implementation of appropriate standards.
* Support the business from upstream to contract negotiation and transfer to operations.
* Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
* As part of the bid teams get inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
* Prepares the overall offer and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
* Leads the preparation of bid qualification process for new opportunities.
* Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
* Support developing and negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partner's needs and goals.
* Capable to review / discuss major legal lines / risks with the Legal Counsel and represent the company when necessary in commercial discussions.

Requirements
* Graduate in any Discipline
* 8-12 years of demonstrated business process development experience.
* Minimum 5-8 years relevant industry experience.
* Experience in the Waste and / or Energy Sectors
* Must be comfortable working at CEO / Director Level (internal and external customer).
* Initiates marketing strategies and coordinates actions to influence the market
* Clarifies goals and reaches agreement maintaining the interests of all parties
* Proactively develops and improves products and services
* Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
