Contact Center - Team Lead
IDP Education is hiring for Contact Center - Team Lead at Egypt
• Align to Country’s Web lead Generation and qualification targets.
• Manage day to day operations of the in-office call centre.
• Adhere to the defined TAT and quality calling to all leads generated through all the channels.
• Closely monitor progress of qualified lead numbers, calls made, appointments scheduled and student walk-ins
• Identify opportunity areas to continuously improve lead conversions
• Measure & report call centre & agent performance – daily, weekly & monthly basis
• Manage other IDP communication touch points – SMS & E-mails etc.
• Manage & motivate the tele-caller team
• Be collaborative, team player & positive contributor to the region leadership team
• Call Quality compliance as per the defined parameters.
• Completing Adhoc tasks or campaigns as required by the Contact Centre.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ sales or customer service experience.
• Proved sales experience preferred.
• Experience in an online environment is highly desirable
• Experience in using CRM system
• Experience working in the Education sector
• Experience working in a sales environment
• Experience in making outbound calls to customers
