HRIS Project Lead

HRIS methodology
-    Bring expertise and methodology to the HR Systems & Planning team in the domain of HR Information System management.

Talent Management and Recruitment modules implementation
-    Lead the project of implementation of a Talent Management & Recruitment solution
-    Participate in selection process of a solution
-    Define and execute project planning
-    Liaise with IS for technical side of the project
-    Manage the interface with the selected provider and the consultants
-    Organize workshops around detailed specifications, based on HR Policies and procedure and general scope of work
-    Run and validate User Acceptance Tests
-    Develop end users’ guides manual and key users guides manual
-    Organize the training of key and end users
-    Ensure Go-Live and monitor debugging and any post Go-Live adjustments to the system
-    Put in place KPI’s and standard reports to ensure maximum added value to HR Community and Managers.

Requirements
POB Management project
-    Lead the implementation of a new integrated multi-disciplinary process to manage identification of personnel, on/offboarding, Personnel On Board and Headcount.
-    Ensure the interface with all stakeholders in the process
-    Liaise with IS for the technical side of the project
-    Liaise with Change Management for support
-    Liaise with Communication to ensure proper communication and dissemination of established practice in the Company.
