Job Summary
Ensures that catering, cleaning/ waste management and accommodation services are delivered in line with agreed operating plans and service level agreements across zones.
Key Responsibilities
• Partners with Director of Operations to develop the Operations plan for catering, clean and waste management, accommodating needed.
• Coordinates with Zone Managers regarding the providence of all hospitality needs, hotel booking, meals provided, lodgings required.
• Manages and oversees the daily operations for catering and accommodation staff as well as provide strategic direction
• Ensures catering, F&B and residence units agreements are in line with approved budgets, maintaining the quality expected, security and safety, and waste is managed properly.
• Performs other tasks that may be occasionally required to meet the requirements of the role and the aims of AD SO LOC; including whatever capacity is needed during the Abu Dhabi Regional (March 2018) and World (March 2019) Games.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Hospitality Management is needed.
• Master in Hospitality is recommended
Languages
• Fluency in English is required.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferable.
Experiences
• A minimum of 8 - 15 years of relevant experience in hospitality field.
• A minimum of 5+ years in similar role with exposure to major events is a plus.
• Nationality: No preference
• Age: No preference
• Candidates location: Local, we don’t onboard international candidates for the time being.
• Working Pattern: 5 working days per week from 9:00 – 5:00 PM
• Work location: Abu Dhabi , Sas Al Nakhl Near ADNOC Schools, Shamaha road.

• This is fixed term non-extendable contract, duration to be discussed, the event project ends May, 2019.
