Senior Property Consultant

DMCC is looking for an enthusiastic and goal oriented sales person with 5-10 years’ experience for this exciting new role.

The Senior Property Consultant will study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss the conditions of sale, and draw up property contracts for the entire DMCC real estate portfolio, including Uptown Dubai, an upcoming premium commercial and residential district next to Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

As part of the brand new sales team, your responsibilities will be:

•    Working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales.
•    Sourcing potential investors and establish/maintain good work relationships.
•    Attending to inquiries relating to sale, re-sale, property valuation, property services, etc.
•    Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times, and generate extra income for the company.
•    Formulating properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
•    Attending property events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars, etc.)

Requirements
If you have the following experience and qualifications, we would like to speak with you!

•    5-10 years sales experience with a major UAE property developer or leading real estate broker
•    RERA / Real Estate Board exam certified
•    Knowledgeable Dubai real estate market and latest trends
•    Good network / database of investors
•    Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on own initiative
•    UAE driving license along with a car (preferred)
