Associate - Accounts Payable

To process payments to external and internal vendors after obtaining the required payment authorization as per the
company policy.
•    To coordinate with the departments with regards to vendor payment.
•    To check and confirm all the payments are with Statement of Accounts.
•    To update and monitor the cheque status .
•    To follow-up with departments for clearing advance to suppliers.
•    To ensure cheques are prepared on time, advance payment clearing, accounts payable petty cash clearing etc.
•    To make sure credit card reconciliation with statement is maintained.

Requirements
•    Bachelors in Accountancy
•    Min 2 years’ work experience, prior experience of Accounts Payable will be preferred.
•    Good communication skills
•    Should be well versed with Microsoft excel and word
•    Willingness to learn and must have good attitude towards work

The Dulsco story began in 1935 when Mohammed Khan Abdulla Mirza Abdulla, the father of the present Chairman of Dulsco, Abdul Aziz Mohammed Khan Abdulla, appointed some able-bodied men to row their dhows through the Dubai Creek to a British India Steam Navigation Company owned ship at anchor in the Arabian Gulf, and bring ashore its cargo of foodstuff and clothing.
