Female Office Administrator – English & Russian Speaking candidates only
Administrative works including but not limited to the following: Hotel bookings, travel & diary management, IT & Website management, Trainings, ISO and preparing contracts/agreements. She must be able to prepare powerpoint presentation, organize meetings and conference, able to handle work pressure & has excellent work etiquette. She must be very flexible, able to do multi-tasking and a good team player.
Requirements
Ideal candidate must be female, with good command of BOTH English and Russian languages. Candidate must have at least 3-5 years experience in handling Administrative and PA works. Initial probation period will be 3 months. Candidate must be available in UAE.
