Field Application Engineer

We are looking for an "Field Application Engineer" to be based in our Head Office.

Technical support Engineer is responsible for following tasks in the company:

- To maintain and support company computer and telephony network
- To be responsible for Customer support Issues, testing network devices
- To provide customers with Network designs and solution proposals
- To support sales team with their technical requirements

Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience
- Educational background in computer networking or Telecommunication engineering
- CCNA Certification is must, CCNP is plus
- Good level of Network knowledge, Voice over IP, CCTV and access control
- Technical proposal writing skill is preferred
- Technical presentation skill is preferred
