Talent Manager (IT Software Industry)



Charterhouse is exclusively working with a leading multinational IT Business Solutions provider in Qatar. Due to internal expansion, our client is looking to hire a Talent Manager who has a proven track record in developing and managing systems, policies and procedures, governing areas relating to recruitment, developing, retaining and rewarding the right talents making this organisation an employer of choice.

You will be responsible for driving the end to end talent management function including attracting, development and retaining key talent whilst working closely with key managers developing short/medium/long-term strategies in line with the business objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying development needs both soft and hard skills as well as managing the recruitment function for the business.

Requirements
The successful candidate should be a dynamic and project driven individual who has experience focusing on recruitment, training & development and performance management. You should have experience within the IT Software Industry along with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role. You should also have experience in talent management frameworks, career/succession planning, performance management system and employee engagement initiatives. In addition, should be a strong negotiator and have solid analytical skills & excellent interpersonal skills as well as have experience managing a recruitment team accompanied by experience in a 360 degree recruitment role.
