Junior Recruitment Specialist
Job description / Role
The Junior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for conducting various recruitment activities that will provide line managers with a suitable pool of applicants, in order to select the best fit.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure the filling of vacancies utilizing best practices in the most efficient, cost-effective and timely manner
Conduct competency-based interviews, use appropriate assessments tools and check candidate’s references with their previous employer
Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences; interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the set company policy
Build effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges, universities and job fairs for recruitment purposes
Negotiate and select employment advertising methods; communicate and secure appropriate recruitment resources subscription offers such as online job boards and other
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
1-2 years of experience in Recruitment
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office
