WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A LOGISTICS SUPPORT MANAGER TO JOIN THE THALES TEAM IN ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
The Logistics Support Manager is responsible to direct, develop and perform multi-functional logistics management operations that include planning, coordinating, and evaluating the logistics actions required to support the delivery of the material and the services to customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the Logistics Support team
· Ensures the workshop repairs are on schedule and have all the material needed to complete their task in time.
· Follow up and track orders with international business lines until they are delivered.
· Providing managers with requested information in a timely manner
· Contacting Customer to obtain missing information or answer queries
· Completing and Maintaining Logistics support documentation.
· Maintaining KPI reports for TAT / OTD
Requirements
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 8 years' experience working as a Logistics Support Manager in a Defense support Company.
· Experience working on an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
· Expertise in Drafting logistics Documentation, training analysis and supply support plans (e.g. spares provisioning and obsolescence, predictive maintenance and analysis)
· Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, Supply chain, Logistics or relevant discipline
· Proficiency in English
· Fluent in Arabic is a plus
· Advance level in Microsoft Office Skills
· Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
· Leadership and a team player
· Problem solving and decision making
· Good Interpersonal Skills

· Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
