Male, 25 – 35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in culinary arts
Minimum 2 years of experience as Head Chef in F&B Industry
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Expert in French cuisine is required
Young, creative and can create unique menus
Background in waste management, P&L, purchasing, costing, menu planning and budgeting is a must
