Pet Nutrition and Sales

 Pet Food Sales & Nutrition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, Sales and Nutrition Specialist that can nurture existing clients, help grow the wholesale business and support our own retail chains of pet boutiques (Pet’s Delight).

The candidate would be expected to:

-    Regularly visit our existing customers, introduce them to new products, discuss new promotions on offer, determine how best we can help them support their business
-    Relate back to management the news of the market and industry. Discuss ideas and plans to help keep Arab Land Trading ahead of the game as market leader.
-    Come up with sales plans and strategies with management to help increase and promote sales growth,
-    Work closely with marketing team to develop new products and racking to help support merchandising work needed for clients to help support sales promotions.
-    Creating Nutrition training programs for in house staff sales people at Pets Delight boutiques and clients’ front desk staff.
-    Organsing, taking part and developing open days a to help interact with clients (both wholesale and retail), increase brand awareness and promote sales.
-    Visiting clients in the G.C.C. region: Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait
-    Arrange warehouse tours for walk in clients, showcasing new products and promotions.
-    Create nutritional content (written and filmed) for Pet’s Delight website, social media flyers, magazines (internal and external).
-    Visit Pet’s Delight shops regularly, making sure they are fully stocked, merchandised well, and that displays remain fresh and pleasing to the eye.
-    Spend time At Pet’s Delight stores greeting and meeting clients, providing advise on nutrition and any other queries they may have.
-    Coordinating with internal departments to ensure clients are receiving the best ordering experience and customer care.
-    Continue with constant nutrition training and online courses via skype or online.

Requirements
Being an animal lover is essential, and willing to learn and continuously read up and about pet nutrition and health is vital for this position.
We are looking for a highly motivated, extremely organised individual that can work independently, and within a small team.

It is essential the candidate is a good communicator, feels at ease with and around people and is able to get the best out of them.
Having an eye for detail is essential, being able to think out of the box and come up with innovative ideas and solutions is crucial.
Please note that the successful candidate will be given pet and equine nutrition training in the U.K prior to joining the rest of the team in Dubai.
