Commercial Director (MRICS / FRICS)

 Major construction based group in the Middle East requires an experience Commercial Director for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have a BSc in Quantity Surveying with MRICS/FRICS chartered status, along with a proven track record of Pre & Post Contract Cost / Commercial Management experience. Experience in the setting up Cost Management / Tendering procedures is required along with proven Commercial & Cost experience within Construction / Contracting environment. Candidates should have at least 20 years of Cost / Commercial Management experience and should have been at least Commercial Management level for the past 5 years.
