Project Manager - Hotel Conversion



Guildhall are representing a Project Management Consultancy going though exponential growth. They are a boutique PMC with a Western Executive Management team built up of individuals with extensive UAE experience working for some of the most reputable Consultancies and Developers over the last 15 year.

With the award of a new hotel conversion project they are looking to hire a Project Manager to join the team.

This position will suit someone who is perhaps looking for the opportunity to lead a project, and seeking the chance to step-up into a fully fledged PM role. In return our client will offer training, development and career enhancement by some of the best and most recognised professionals in the market.

Requirements
Essential demonstrable criteria required of suitable candidates:

- Degree Educated in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture
- 8 years postgraduate experience
- Experience working on Hotel developments
- Working either for a PMC or Client Side
- Western Educated
