Your tasks

Deputy Head of Group & Convention Management
Responsibility and personal responsibility in our own workspace to achieve optimal utilization of banquets and / or hotel rooms, as well as to ensure the smooth running of all events in the house, logistic groups and catering by constant customer support
Capacity and price decisions in all group segments
Sales and results-oriented action
Increase the conversion rate
Communication with the entire sales structure in the network with 200 colleagues
Participation in the creation of the business plan, regular forecasting
Specialization Organization (sales process from contract conclusion)
Joint responsibility and self-responsibility in the own work area for the smooth processes in the department as well as additional sales of all logis- and event services after conclusion of the contract at the highest possible rate
Detailed event arrangements
Responsibility for the complete, correct and timely preparation / modification of events, catering and logistics groups
Collaboration throughout the sales process from the conclusion of the contract, including the welcome of the customer up to the invoice
Training and management of employees, trainees and trainees


The management task would be new to you - no problem! But a challenge that you can master with commitment and interest in the job. 

Our requirements

Completed training in the hotel industry and / or in the field of events
Profound professional experience in the hotel industry or MICE area
High degree of organizational skills, sense of responsibility, negotiation skills and motivation
Sound IT skills: Office applications, Suite 8, if applicable
Good communication skills in German and English
